Simple Cooking - NDIS

Simple Cooking is our new cooking program, run by Simple School Lunches and based at the Diamond Creek Community Centre. This program is for people attached to NDIS, wanting to build independence and confidence in meal planning and basic cooking skills while having some fun!

Each week we make or bake a tasty meal from our menu, building on general tips of healthy eating, timing and food storage whilst trying new flavours.

About me – With a background in Youth Work and Community Welfare, I have worked along-side people with various barriers and abilities for over 10 years, encouraging and empowering them to strive towards becoming capable adults. Through my passion of cooking, I now own and operate Simple School Lunches. I hope to pass my passion of cooking on to each person coming into the program.
